“LET’S GET READY TO RRRRRUMBLE!”
The long-awaited Swedish Padel Tour kicks off tomorrow in Löddeköpinge. After the success of last year’s tour — the first one ever— I’m probably not the only padel junkie excited to either play or watch this weekend in Löddeköpinge. All the top players in Sweden are getting geared up to show their stuff. I’m looking forward to visiting one of the many new padel centers in Sweden, using my new padel bag on wheels #noxrocks, giggling with my padel friends, seeing what all the elite players bring to the table and of course, just getting to play the game. #padelpartyindahouse
The past couple weeks have been filled with a one or two drill sessions, some physical training, #newandimprovedfit4padelworkout #staytuned and a handful of sparring matches, so I’m feeling quite prepared. However, there are a couple of major questions hanging over our shoulders #winkieemoji.
1) Fellow blogger Andréas Johansson wonders: who of the ladies’ finalists learned the most from the last tournament at Padel Crew? #padelcrewhbg #wpthostthisyear #wow
Will any team beat Billie and Antonette on the Swedish tour this year?
2) Padelfeber’s Johan Håkansson asks: if Billie and I will be able to walk away undefeated once again? (Well, we’re going to do everything in our power for that to happen.)
3) My big question, however, is if I can pull off using the new shot I learned last week. Can you figure out which shot I mean and what is it called in Spanish? #coachjoelknows
After this weekend, the answers should be revealed. Not much more to say now. Wish me luck and I’m sure you’ll be hearing from me next week.
LET’S GO! NU KÖR VI! VAMOS!
